Manual Step:
For NON-ROOTED Phone
1. Downgrade your LINE app. use google to search version 3.8.x, because latest version of this app is using hash to detect modded apk.
warning: by doing this, your chat history will erased.
2. Uninstall playstore/previous version
3. Install modded apk(if you're uninstall this app in the first step)

*Note* when I tried this, my LINE app is default installed v3.9.4
I found & downloaded LINE app v3.8.7 but when i tried to install it, I will get an error "App not installed"
so it might be no go for non-rooted phone?
Can anyone verify whether rooted phone can launch the game using method listed below

ROOTED PHONES
Why need root? the LINE app (not the game!) is checking and send the game hash when we login for first time, thus, we got error (3). this why we need to backup our login data with titanium backup.

0. Install playstore version (link below), login with line and exit the game
1. Backup the game (we only need the login data though) using Titanium Backup
2. Uninstall playstore/previous version
3. Install modded apk
4. Launch Wind Runner, when asked for LINE login, exit the game
5. Restore Wind Runner, data only with titanium backup
6. Launch game again
